The project focused on an innovative “End-to-End Know Your Customer (KYC) Process Design.” The goal was to create unique and reliable customer data, ensure traceable financial transactions, and meet stringent regulatory compliance standards.

The highlights of the project included advancing customer identification and segmentation for targeted service delivery, streamlining processes for efficiency, especially in customer onboarding digitalization, and developing robust mechanisms for risk assessment to ensure comprehensive fraud detection and transparent risk reporting. The project also underscored compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing regulations, enhancing customer safety and the bank’s reputation.
The initiative involved designing common infrastructures and conducting an end-to-end review of CRM processes. Significant actions included implementing strategies for data deduplication to ensure data integrity, transitioning to digital platforms for a more efficient customer onboarding experience, and utilizing OCR and other digital tools for efficient document management.
