As 2025 comes to a close, we want to extend a special thank you to our Timepiece community. Your honest feedback is the most critical part of our development process, helping us build a better Timepiece – Time in Status for Jira app.
To show our appreciation for your valuable insights, we’re running a special end-of-year campaign. From October 16, 2025, to December 31, 2025, we are offering a $30 Amazon Gift Card to every published review for ‘Timepiece – Time in Status for Jira’ on the Atlassian Marketplace.
We are not asking for a perfect score; we are asking for your honest, constructive opinion.
How to Participate?
Write Your Review: Go to Timepiece’s Atlassian Marketplace page and describe your genuine experience with app.
Wait for publication: Atlassian verifies all reviews to ensure they are from actual users, so there may be a short delay before your review goes live.
Claim Your Gift: Once your review is published, send an email from your work address to appsupport@obss.tech. Please include a link to your review and let us know your preferred Amazon domain (e.g., amazon.com, amazon.de).
To ensure Atlassian can verify your review, please keep the following in mind:
For Cloud Users: When leaving your review, please ensure you are logged into the Atlassian Marketplace with the same email address you use for your Jira Cloud instance.
For Data Center Users: Please leave your review using an email address that shares the same domain as your company’s Timepiece license. If you are unsure, using your company email address is the best option.
A Note on Helpful Reviews
To make your review as helpful as possible for the community, consider touching on a few of these points:
- What use case did Timepiece help you solve?
- Was the app easy to set up and configure?
- How was the support experience?
- Is there any functionality you feel is missing or could be improved?
Terms and Conditions
- This offer is valid until December 31, 2025.
- Participants must be verified users of the app within the last 6 months, per Atlassian’s policy.
- The offer is limited to one (1) gift card per person. Users who have previously reviewed the app are not eligible.
- The number of gift cards is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The review must contain descriptive text to be eligible; reviews with only a star rating do not qualify for the reward.
- To be eligible for the reward, participants must use their work email to write the review on the Atlassian Marketplace. After the review is published, they must send the claim email to appsupport@obss.tech from that same work email. Personal email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or Outlook will not be accepted.
- This campaign is open to users globally, but please be aware of any potential usage limitations for Amazon Gift Cards in your specific country or region.
- OBSS reserves the right to deny the Amazon Gift Card reward if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymous reviews, suspicious email submissions, or multiple entries submitted by the same person under different accounts or email addresses.
