Time in Status had reports showing Status Durations (the duration issues spent in each status) and Assignee Durations (the duration issues spent on each assignee) for a long time but sometimes you might need to dive deeper and see the breakdown of status duration by assignee or assignee duration by status.
To meet this need, we developed two new report types:
Status Duration per Assignee
Assignee Duration per Status
The names are pretty self-explanatory. These reports break down Status durations to Asssignees or Assignee durations to Statuses.
Of course, the data can be exported to CSV, XLS, XLSX and also the data is available on issue view screen tab as well.
