Date Reports was something requested by several users in the past. We finally introduced this report type to Time in Status.

During the development of this report type we came to realize that actually we are talking about not one but 4 report types.

First of all you might be interested in when the issue entered each status, meaning when the issue transition TO each status. But you might also be interested in when was the last time the issue was at that status so you might be asking when the issue transition FROM that status.

Visiting statuses more than once makes things a little more complex. If a status is visited more than once, you might want to see when the issue visited the status for the first time or for the last time.

To meet all these expectation we created 4 report types:

• First Transition TO Status Date
• Last Transition TO Status Date
• First Transition FROM Status Date
• Last Transition FROM Status Date

Using these reports you can reach any data you need. All data can be exported as CSV, XLS and XLSX of course.
