The SLA List Report displays a list of issues showing the details for the selected SLA timer. The SLA Success Rate Report calculates the success rate of SLA timers for a group of issues. Get the report with no GroupBy fields to see the overall success rate. Select one or more GroupBy fields to have your issues grouped by the values of the fields you selected. Use parts of date fields as GroupBy fields to have your reports grouped by date and get a trend analysis.
